The following is an abbreviated version of the Deed Restrictions: 

Minimum Square Footage – 1800 square foot minimum

Exteriors – 80% brick, stone, stucco or other masonry (such as Hardie Lap Siding) approved by the Architectural Review Committee

Fencing – White three-rail fencing shall be provided and installed on perimeter of lots.

Large Animals – 1 Large Animal Permitted (such as a horse or show calf). Please see details in full copy of Deed Restrictions.

All plans must be submitted and approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
